10 places to go camping in India

Taking a step aside from the overload of technology, take a few days off and spend the better half of your day with nature. Not the manliest thing to do but definitely something different and exciting, there are many places over the country which are perfect for a few days away from the concrete jungle and live in solitude.

 

1.Matheran, Maharashtra:

 

The first spot on our list takes us to Maharashtra’s resident hill station, Matheran. This.This spot is free of vehicles and the only transport around the place is on horseback or foot. This camping spot is the perfect place devoid of pollution and treats you with a pleasant climate. Matheran is filled with activities to keep you busy during the day while letting you enjoy the beautiful star-filled sky at night, the perfect place to camp.

2.Anjuna, Goa:

 

A paradise by itself, Goa is filled with beautiful and pristine beaches one special spot among the lot is Anjuna. This place isn’t exactly far from the general public but is a fantastic place to set up your tent and enjoy Goa in all its glory with countless other campers.

3.Jaisalmer, Rajasthan:

 

A paradise for trekkers and campers, Jaislamer is the golden city of Rajasthan that is best visited after the summer. The beautiful sand dunes and sky full of stars will give you an experience that you must have at least once in a lifetime.
