But, in India we have some strange laws that are not only absurd but make no sense in the current social scenario. Most of the laws made by the British in the 19th century Indian society are old fashioned and weird. Although these strange laws need to be amended, unfortunately they are still enforced today. You can’t fly a kite without a permit :

According to the Indian Aircraft Act, 1934, you need to have a permit to make, possess or fly a kite just as one has to receive the proper permissions for a plane. Yes, a kite is considered as an aircraft.

 

Good Teeth to Become a Motor Vehicle Inspector :

One might be thinking what’s the connection between having strong and nice teeth and the job of a motor vehicle inspector? Well, in Andhra Pradesh, only candidates with good teeth are recruited for the job. Pigeon chest, knock knees, flat foot, hammer toes and fractured limbs can also disqualify you.

 

Penalty for third child in Kerala :

Families can have up to two children in Kerala with no consequences. In Kerala state if you want the third child then you have to pay penalty for that. Any more will result in a fine of Rs10, 000. So, China is not the only place to have a birth limits.
