Bobsledding was discovered in a very unorthodox way. A lot of adventurers gather around in winter on skiing fields. Trying to do something foolish, they came up with a thought of sliding down an ice covered natural or artificial incline on a four runner sled called the bobsleigh. The entire downhill track is full of twist and turns. There are no mechanically functional controls except to maneuver the whole sleigh. If you fall off the sleigh you simply have to reroute, and falling can sometimes cause serious injuries too!

The basic functionality of the kite wing lies in using the wind power to glide in the air. It is in the form of a wing and provides the necessary speed to lift over water, snow, packed sand, asphalt etc. Kite wing is held directly with the user and provides greater stability and power in hands of the rider. It can reach up to 90 kms/hr. Safety gear is more than necessary for this sport as the crashes can be fatal.

The only difference between these two is the position of paddler sitting and the number of blades on the paddle. The best of kayaking can be experienced in the strong river currents. The boat has to be moved via extreme currents and waterfalls. Helmets and elbow-guards are often used as a safety gear as there are a lot of huge rocks in the river course. . Though there are no best places to do this, it depends on weather, time and availability. The memorable experiences can be had at Norwegian fjords and islands or the Islands of Sicily.
