Anand Arnold – The man who symbolises dedication, grit and a lot of muscle.

This 28-year-old man from Ludhiana is India’s first wheelchair body builder. Arnold suffered a life threatening spinal cancer at the age of 15 but he didn’t allow the disease to dissuade him in anyway. He has won 3 Mr. India titles, 12 Mr. Punjab titles and 27 other body building titles.”After my operation I was very depressed. I didn’t show it my mother, who was already suffering because of my disease. My coach then motivated me to take up body building,” says the man with 20-inch biceps.”I want to inspire people through my struggle,” Arnold adds. – #HeStory #BeInteresting
